Palazzo Ceraselli is in Martina Franca, in the heart of Puglia’s Valle d’Itria. The house sits on a hill overlooking the town, less than one kilometre from the historic centre, so the baroque streets, restaurants and markets stay within an easy walk while the garden keeps the quiet of the countryside.

Palazzo Ceraselli is a historic private residence with five individually designed suites. Built in 1893 and restored after nearly fifty years of silence, it brings together traditional Puglian architecture, local craftsmanship, Feng Shui principles and contemporary comfort. It is owner-run: Gabriela and Elio welcome every guest personally.

Five: Serenitas Domus, Vitalis Caeli, Renovatio Vitae, Essentia Creatix and Horrea Caeli. Each suite has its own colours, character and Feng Shui energy, and each sleeps two guests, so the house welcomes a maximum of ten people at a time.

It combines the calm of the Puglian countryside with the convenience of being minutes from Martina Franca’s historic centre. The five suites were each designed according to Feng Shui principles and feature local stone, vaulted ceilings, handcrafted furniture and the work of local artisans, alongside an organic garden and solar-powered systems.

Yes. From Martina Franca almost the whole valley is a short drive: Locorotondo about 10 minutes, Cisternino about 15, Alberobello about 20, Ostuni about 35 and the Adriatic coast about 40. The Ionian coast is reachable in roughly the same time in the opposite direction. A car is the easiest way to explore.

Both Brindisi and Bari airports serve the Valle d’Itria. Brindisi is approximately one hour away by car and Bari approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. We recommend renting a car to reach the palazzo and to explore Martina Franca and the surrounding villages at your own pace.

Yes. Every stay includes an organic breakfast prepared with seasonal, km-0 ingredients and regional specialities, inspired by the flavours and traditions of Puglia. Please let us know in advance about any dietary requirements or allergies and we will prepare accordingly.

Guests can discover Puglia through curated local experiences: yoga and wellbeing sessions, visits to the villages of the Valle d’Itria, wine and olive oil tastings, traditional cooking classes, cycling among ancient olive groves and days on the Adriatic coast. Guests can practise in the garden among the olive trees, and we also arrange holistic massages, sound baths and meditation sessions designed to encourage relaxation, balance and a deeper connection with the landscape. Each suite was designed around its position within the house and the Feng Shui energy associated with that direction. Colours, materials, furniture and the arrangement of the space were chosen to give every suite a different atmosphere, supporting qualities such as serenity, vitality, renewal, creativity and wellbeing.
